The first grade is the beginning of stage of compulsory education, is an importantcohesion between the kindergarten education and elementary education. Class management isan important part of education activities, to just leave the kindergarten into the elementaryschool in grade one students are particularly important. Reasonable class management canbuild a good learning atmosphere for students, help students acquire knowledge, to form thegood psychological quality, cultivate students’ ability to a variety of development. For classmanagement research, past research has focused on the high school classes on the macromanagement and primary school classroom management, and in this study, based on theperspective of little join, for a first grade class management strategies for research.This paper consists of the following parts:The introduction part mainly includes the research origin, literature review, researchcontent and methods and research significance.The first chapter is mainly to the related theory in this paper. Including the "class","classmanagement concepts such as" the definition and the contents of the class management.The second chapter is about the observations of the problems, from the class oforganization and management, teaching management and routine management three aspects.The third chapter is the analysis of the causes of first grade class management problems,from two aspects: students and teachers.The fourth chapter is aimed at a first grade class management problems, put forward thestrategies of the first grade class management.
