With the development of a new round of educational revolution, many advanced teaching methods, such as cooperative study and exploring study has been widely used in primary and secondary education. But some so-called"New-curriculum"classes are still imprinted by dramatic performances acted by teachers and students. The lack of efficiency is still a serious problem.Directed by modern pedagogics and psychology, and with the core of constructivism and interaction between students and teachers, this essay focuses more on all-around development and progress of the students with the background of"new-curriculum"compaign, on teaching process instead of simple results, on the teaching efficiency and teaching strategy, so that a new assessment standard that emphasize more on teaching efficiency may come into form. In such a class, students will be fully aware of the practical values of maths and learn to use some simple maths mound into solving daily practical problems, so that the students may form the habit of rational thoughts and get their creativity developed. And as a result, they can build a solid fundament of life-long self-development.The main contents include:Have a study on the connotation and characteristics of effective teaching with the background of new curriculum. Carry out a study on effective teaching according to the distinction of mathematics and draw a conclusion on the basis of analysis. Then, analyze the components of efficient teaching using daily teaching cases. Finally, put forward suggestions on teaching efficiency on the basis of analyzing the continuous survey result on this topic.
