This research is done with the method of quality in social science research based on the interviews conducted with the four students who offences against discipline from senior high school of two stars, attempting to find out the reasons of individuality and commonness for senior high school students disobeying discipline.Through research, the penmen detect out many factors result in senior high school students disobeying discipline. These students are not well prepared for the senior high school studies of not only intensity, monotony and homogeneity but also material gaining, and at the same time they lack the necessary introspection and enough efforts to work out possible solutions by analyzing their own behavior. Meanwhile the education from school and family lies in strengthening their cognitive direction off self-determination. Therefore they cannot gain real help and guide which is really effective and heart-touched when they meet with troubles and puzzles for there being a lack of equal and available communication and care. As a result, they fail to get the need and pursuit of self-fulfillment as parents and teachers. During the intercourse and co-existence with the colony who share the same morality cognition and value, they gradually form the value judgment and behavior model in their cockles of heart which are always well obeyed and embraced but actually differs from exterior dependence morality cognition, which in fact is the decisive factor of their going-on words and deeds.
