As the promoting of quality education, art education in primary schools has a good and rapid development in every respect. But according to the realistic situation, there are some problem and misunderstanding in the practice of student evaluation in primary school art education, and there is a new subject about setting a system of student evaluation in primary school art education.System Of Student Evaluation in primary school art education is a system that be made of some kinds of element in student evaluation in primary school art education, and which including the study of mainbody and object, the aim, principle and means of the evaluation etc.The study of System Of Student Evaluation in primary school art education is based upon Multiple Intelligence, Constructivism, and Authentic assessment & Performance assessment by Ellen Weber.We have carried on the questionnaire survey and the research analysis to the Hunan Province three city's elementary school arts teachers and the students, simultaneously, we have unified the present situation of the domestic and foreign elementary school arts education in student evaluation system theory. This article describes the importance and the pressing of setting the system of student evaluation in primary school art education, and proposes individual understanding and the view about how to set the system of student evaluation under the education for all-around development.
