A Research On The System Tracing The Growth And Development Of State-Financed Normal University Students

To meet the development of the new era, Ministry of Education has recently implemented state-financed education project for normal university students in six ministry-owned normal universities. This policy aims to lay a solid foundation in fostering plenty of excellent teachers and educationists. After the implementation of the project, we are quite concerned about how to effectively and dynamically trace the growth of those students' in terms of their learning, their development in professional knowledge as well as their working experience, as these are closely related to the growth and development of those state-financed normal university students (SFNUS). The tracing system will play a very significant role in promoting the overall quality of SFNUS, as well as in exploring new ways to train SFNUS in this new situation.In order to gain a comprehensive understanding of their learning process, profession development and working experience of SFNUS, a scientific and reasonable index system should be designed. Meanwhile, a system should be established tracing the development of SFNUS with the assistance of information technology. According to the index system given, the tracing system collects and records large quantities of valuable raw information and parameters, and provides corresponding data output, so as to provide useful references for training and educating SFNUS. The paper starts from the designing of the index system, makes full use of related research work currently available, and conducts some meaningful explorations into the system tracing the growth and development of SFNUS.The paper is divided into six chapters. Chapter one, as the introductory part, mainly explains the background, the emphases, the status quo as well as the meaning of the research; chapter two mainly designs the index system recording the growth and development of SFNUS, including the background, guidance line and Principle of the index system and so on ; chapter three mainly discusses problems on collecting data about the growth and development of SFNUS, such as the classification of information, different ways of collecting information and the personnel in charge of data collection; chapter four mainly discusses the designing of the tracing system, including some questions need to explain before the designing of tracing system, the system demand analysis, the system function module design, the system user jurisdiction design; chapter five discusses the implementation of the tracing system, such as the selection of system architecture and key technology, the design and connection of system database, the partial implementation of system function; and chapter six summarizes the whole article and brings forward to the future research suggestion.
