In view of the situation that moral education and actual practices have actually been in invalidity in secondary school, teaching of moral education needs to find a new way to improve it. I'm very excited to meet with Appreciative Model of moral education. Teaching of Appreciative Model is based on the theory of Appreciative Model of moral education. The core aim of it is to achieve a holistic combination of values guidance (by an educator) and independent moral construction of morality learners in the process of free recognition and appreciation. The model advocates learners'involvement in teaching opposing teachers'inculcation alone; advocates liberating and promoting the minds of the educated rather than indulging them, trying to adopt a moderate way in education and making moral education acceptable, as pleasant as a beautiful picture and an attractive song.Firstly, in this paper I deal with the possibility of teaching of moral education, which is the reason why morality learners are respected, and it is also the basis of existence of independent moral construction of morality learners in the situation of values guidance, as the generative theory advocated by Appreciative Model of moral education; secondly, this paper elaborates that aesthetics and aesthetic education have an important effect on moral education, which proves the possibility of realization of double targets of educational mission achieved by Appreciative Model of moral education, librating and promoting the minds of the educated through benefiting from the inner spirit of aesthetics. The Appreciative Model of moral education aims to take a kind of advice or build partner teacher-student relation in appreciative process of moral and esthetic osmosis. The model requires the teacher present both moral beauty and educational formality beauty in classroom instruction, apply artistic methods to reform moral education esthetically so as to change the form of morality teaching-learning from teachers'inculcation to students'independent self-reflection, preparing students to be persons at modern times with moral and esthetic dispositions. So in this paper, I try to study how to apply the theory of Appreciative Model of moral education to the practice of teaching in secondary school; try to reform the moral material and the means of presentation of moral beauty and educational formality beauty; try to beautify details in moral education and teacher-student relationship, in order to seek the strategies of applying the theory to practice of teaching in secondary school and improve the actual effects, to make the moral education beautifully develop.
