Study Of Building New Countr Yside's Sports Service System In Jilin Province

"To construct new sports serving system in rural area"can greatly meet the farmers'need for sports culture, help people to pursue a higher-quality life, and it is the basic requirement for completely building a highly-developed society. It is also an important guideline of building a harmonious society and embodying government fairness and high-effect service. In 2000, National General Sports Agency brings forward the objective of a struggle serving system to establishing the sports facing the public before 2010 in"the outline of the nationwide body-building plan [second phases of projects (2001to 2010) plan)]. In 2002, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China State Council" puts forward a nationwide body-building plan energetically having suggested that about the idea further, reinforcing and improving the new period sports job to structure a diversified sports is clear and definite. According to the policy of"On carrying out the rural sports body-building plan"by National General Sports Agency, in order to carry out the policy of "new rural construction of 2006-2020 in Jilin province ", to reinforce the construction of new rural sports system in Jilin province, to meet the increasing sports demands of the rural people and to carry out the"rural area's body-building plan"and put "peasant sports body-building project into practice ", be convenient for people , benefit the people, structure the sports being geared to the needs of farmers serving system, to realize development targets of building a well-off society in an all-round way brought forward by 16th National Congress of the CPC, thus to make new contributions to the harmonious society.This thesis is based on the theory of sociology , sports sociology, public service system , as well as the present situation of rural area sports serving system in Jilin province, and uses relevant data and references to describe the latest development of sports service system, thus concludes the main problems existed in the rural sports service system in Jilin, so that to provide theoretical evidence for the study of constructing new rural sports service system in Jilin. Consequently, by means of theoretical and practical study, we can solve the problems of constructing the sports system and sports services.The thesis studies from the following aspects: (1) the current situation of rural area sports serves system in our country; (2) the fundamental connotation and characteristic of the new rural area sports service system; (3) the significance, target and priority of structuring new rural area sports serving system; (4) the main body current situation of thenew rural area sports serves; (5) the driving force for structuring new rural area sports serving system. The driving force system for structuring new rural area sports serving system consists of : Policy, law and regulation system; space equipment and material conditions system; organization and management system; the activity and competition system.
