Now, society has steped into knowledge economic times, knowledge economic times are for the life style of people , working way and learning way put forward stern challenge. Do not query , higher teacher-training educational and higher teacher-training college teacher is also faced with many problems and challenges , is the key part of teacher professional quality——knowledge structure, since having some deficiency and abuse, become the "bottleneck" that restricts teacher development and higher teacher-training educational quality raising. Therefore as higher teacher-training college teacher, must raise self knowledge level with great efforts , optimize knowledge structure, in order to the requirement of meeting times changes for teacher quality.This paper adopts theoretical research and really the method with the combination of certificate research, document information law and questionnaire investigation law. Questionnaire investigation saves 3 teacher-training colleges mainly for me: The partial teachers and students of northeast Normal University, Changchun teacher-training institute and north China university teacher-training institute ( original Jilin teacher-training institute ) have investigated , have known now basically the present situation that I save higher teacher-training college teacher knowledge structure, have made theoretical analysis and discussion on this foundation. Full text divides into the most of 4s:The first divide into introduction, having explained briefly the reason of research , method, have summarized the domestic and international present situation for teacher knowledge structural problem research , have still expounded the meaning of this research finally;Second part is to decipher for theory of higher teacher-training college teacher knowledge structure , is first limited for some concepts such as knowledge, teacher knowledge and teacher knowledge structure, then for higher teacher-training college teacher the knowledge structure that place should have has made definite explanation, major the public knowledge from teacher is with teacher personal knowledge two aspects are discussed , have discussed the characteristic of higher teacher-training college teacher knowledge structure finally. 3th part is the investigation analysis part for that Jilin province higher teacher-training college teacher has structural knowledge , is first made for the problem that investigation is concerned with in order to summarize , put forward the characteristic of my province higher teacher-training college teacher knowledge structure and the major problem of existence secondly, final as influencing the factor of higher teacher-training college teacher knowledge structure carry out analysis from the surfaces of all sides such as idea obstacle, system obstacle, cultural obstacle, routine obstacle and materialness obstacle.4th part has discussed the route of perfect higher teacher-training college teacher knowledge structure, suggest for that teacher knowledge development puts forward.
