Education is very important for the nation. The key to improve the quality of education is to raise the level of teachers’education and teaching. Teacher training is an effective way. At present, National Teacher Training Program is being carried out in full swing, so literatures about the program were published a lot in the past two years. Most of them were about the training’s current status, form, system, strategies and methods, effectiveness, etc. And there is no study of the program’s E-learning resources from the view of teachers’knowledge structure and learning needs.The article mainly used literature analysis, questionnaire survey and content analysis. It surveyed teachers’knowledge structure and learning needs that participated in the program, analyzed E-learning resources of the program and introduced some personal knowledge management strategies and software tools for teachers.This paper is divided into five parts which are as follows:(1)Introduction. This part elaborates research background, purpose, significance, current situation, content, methods, ideas, and so on.(2)The basic concepts and theoretical basis. It introduces National Teacher Training Program, teacher’s knowledge structure, learning needs, E-learning resources, Knowledge Management.(3)The survey of teachers’knowledge structure and learning needs in National Teacher Training Program. The questionnaire is published on Sojump.com and analyzed by SPSS19.0, Microsoft Office Excel2003and Sojump.(4)The analysis of E-learning resources on National Teacher Training Program. In this part, the paper analyzed two main kinds of E-learning resources on National Teacher Training Program from the view of teachers’knowledge structure and learning needs. At last it introduced some personal knowledge management strategies and software tools for teachers.(5)Summary and outlook. Finally, it analyzes the innovation and the inadequacies of this paper and proposed research prospect.
