| Preschool teachers'professional autonomy is an important component to promote the professional development of preschool teachers and it is the core and the key driving force for that. However, the current preschool teachers'professional autonomy still at the fledgling stage and relatively few studies and are limited in scope. In order to promote preschool teachers in the development of professional autonomy, the paper used questionnaires, interviews and observation of the state and find the reasons for the status to give recommendations.Papers from four main components:Part I: Comprehensive analysis of teachers'professional autonomy at home and abroad on the study on the purpose of this study and its significance, and expounded research methods.Part II: Combining survey results, interviews and observation of the preschool teachers'professional autonomy status. The overall situation is not satisfactory and preschool teachers'professional autonomy has not fully awake. Preschool teachers do not balanced development of the four professional autonomies. Preschool teachers'professional autonomy contacts with different qualifications.
