They do not only normal teaching and researching work, but also family work and fostering children as other people. Middle age teacher takes the pressure from work and living .How to relive the pressure is very important. Sports science research and practice prove that sports is significant in improving healthy level and adjusting psychological and mental state.This thesis research college Middle age teacher's sports activities and influencing factors in Nan Chang , used documentary, questionnaire and statistics mainly .
