Research On Elements Of Obstacles To Realize Children's Interests Of Rights In Impoverished Migrant Families

Children are the hope and future of nations with particular historical obligations. Rugby aging-structure, the population structure of a stable society, also needs a great creation and reproduction of youths. The youth, the adult and the old compose a system of human circulatiom in turn. The new created and the old disappeared. Only the needs be satisfied, the rights be protected and the interests of rights be realized, children could grow up healthly and safely, and could successfully be socialezed to be real social person.And the society will run regularlly and huamn civilization will be spreading smoothly.During the period of social structure reforming in our country, urbanization is accelerating everywhere, more and more families from countryside moving to cities for making good lives. So that the children who move to urbans from the birth place are becoming a huge group with some paticular problems, which should be paid more attentions to. In this article, the author make a deep interview on that family about their children's interests of rights in the city of Jinan. With the qualitative material from the UNICEF object in Jinan, the author create a theory analysis system, "rights-demands -interests", to probe the obstacle factors on realization of children's interests of rights,which include both social and personal reasons. And finally by theories of sociology, the author providing some valKuable suggests on children's interests of rights protection.This paper is divided into six chapters:The first chapter is brief, including the background of the study, the theme and significance of research, and also contains the research view, Literature review ,etc.The second chapter is about the defination of some concepts and construction of the theroy analysis. By the demand theory and the law of Convention on the Rights of Children, the author make a way for deep research, "rights - demands - interests". Chapter three is an important part. In this chapter the author is analysing the quantitive materal from deep interview. It contains the introduction of the objects, the description of the situation for the families on protection of children's interests,etc.Chapter four is the main and core part of this article. With the former description and social theory, "rights-demands -interests", the author make a deep probe by the view of both parents and children ,to analy the obatacle factors on the protection of children'interests of rights, which include both social and personal reasons.Chapter five provides some valuable suggests on solving the problem, including three parts.The last chapter is the end summary.
