With the forceful ideological political education, we have cultivated excellent work force and successors from generation to generation for socialist modernization. 21st centuries a completely new century, and in this century, higher education will confront a great development opportunity , the thoughts of students in colleges and universities will become unprecedented complex in the more open and pluralistic cultural world. If we want to make a breakthrough and get more practical results, the research of ideological political education administration must be strengthened.The purpose of "The Research of Ideological Political Education Administration for the Students in Colleges and Universities in the New Century" is to comprehensively analyze the present situation and problems through deep-going and systematical investigation and research, and to explore how to strengthen the administration. It is expected that the importance of strengthening ideological political education administration will be realized and it will provide assistance for the administration.This paper consists of four parts:Part I.
