University Scientific Research Team On The Laws Of The Construction

Following the comprehensive development of science and with its trend of increasing, the cross-cutting and infiltration between the various branches are to an unprecedented degree. Scientific research is no longer the workshop of the hands of individual acts, but also a certain amount of collective study. The work of scientific research is no longer dispersed, closed, but stressed that collaboration and open; scientific creating overtakes the heroism of the individual mode more, so as to a crystallization of the wisdom of the team. Since 2004 the Ministry of Education made the plan "innovative team Yangtze scholars and development plans", the research team-building is alike a phenomenon for China's universities. But how university scientific research team should be built, how to build university scientific research team properly, the laws of university scientific research team -building should be followed, such as what kind of laws is still a need for in-depth research.In this paper, the university scientific research team is the object, firstly, the relevant theoretical of team, research team, the university scientific research team are exposed; secondly, from the construction of the status of the Chinese university scientific research team, through the collation of relevant data analysis, I reveal the problems of China's university scientific research team which exists in the process of building, and analyze the reasons for doing the in-depth. On the basis, I expose the philosophy and principle of University research team-building should be followed and its formation process, such as a driving force for growth ; the last, through the different levels of university scientific research team examples of comparative analysis, and further demonstrated two core issues that are the University research team building core competencies and characteristics of the organizational culture Construction in the university scientific research team-building process should be concerned with.In our country there is already some literature shows that most researchers seem to be more focused on the form of university scientific research team-building, but less on deeper problem. In this paper, I hope through the efforts to draw attention to build university scientific research team.
