Research Of Teacher School-based Study Under Network Environment

With the acceleration of the social development, the requirement on teachers is getting higher and higher. The teachers are faced with the challenge to renew their concepts and improve their expertise. In order to cope with the challenge and fulfill their obligation, making a higher-level and more efficient study, which is to make a school-based study based on the practice on campus, is getting more and more significant. When education is modernized, campus network is no doubt a new platform for teachers to make a school-based study.This paper is based on three schools of Yangzhong city investigations foundation. Carry on the analysis to school-based study importance and the feasibility. The network environment may provide the rich resources and the convenience condition for the school-based study development. But under the network environment the school-based study model not yet forms. The campus network also must make the further adjustment in the school-based study process operation situation. For carrying on the high level and the higher efficiency School-based study the author puts forwards reasonable and scientific proposals for such study.
