| Team Teaching, initiated by the United States in the mid-1950's as a form of teaching, mainly means that two or more educators making up of a teaching team are jointly responsible for a student group and programs, teaching, assessment of students or evaluation of teaching. The teaching and learning activities are completed through exertion of teachers'different expertise and corporate participation. It brings mutual growth among teachers, and also gives attention to the adaptation of students. Research indicates that ,as a whole ,team teaching in foreign countries, especially the United States with more than half a century of history, has been gradually perfected about its application in teaching .It is also very popular in Taiwan and teaching effect there have been generally recognized.But the studies about Team Teaching in our mainland is very weak ...The present Team Teaching mostly belongs to the practice of attempts and there are not many researches and specific explanations about the true meaning of concept of the"Team Teaching"and construction of the"implementation of Team Teaching model"which can be operated specifically by the teacher, and then I take it as my selected topic.On this theme, this research has completed the following aspects:Firstly, carding and summarizing the basic concepts and theoretical knowledge of Team Teaching;Secondly, the analysis of present situation and trends of Team Teaching application domestically and internationallyThirdly, the analysis of implementation considerations of Team Teaching referring to the teaching modes built by Taiwan, Beijing Normal University and construction of specific and detailed implementation of Team Teaching model for reference to teachers;Fourth, carrying out teaching test and constantly revising and improving operational model for collaborative teaching according to feedback from teachers.Finally, conclusion of suggestions for the implementation of collaborative teaching.
