The education scientific research is an important aspect of education. Strictly speaking, education scientific research is cropped up along with the school education, that is to say, the birth of teachers teaching activities inevitably produced education scientific research activities. However it is a long historical process that education scientific research activities has been institutionalized. And what kind of research system to be established, how to develop this system, how the relationship of different systems should be is a topic worthy of continued exploration. Targeted at the education scientific research system to carry out research in our country is also unusual. At the height of theory, and contact with reality closely, this thesis gives a deep analysis to the education scientific research system of Hunan Province since the founding of our country, and hope to give some suggestions to the future development of education scientific research system of our province.This thesis is divided into five parts:The first part is "the foreword". This part introduces the reasons and significance of this study briefly, and the basic research situation of this study at home and abroad at present, and have defined some core concepts, and stated the methods used in this study.The second part is "the history of our province' s education scientific research system since the founding of our country" . This thesis devides the history into six periods: the brewing stage before the system come up, formally established stage, the stage of deviation and confusion, consolidation and adjustment stage, the stage of changes and development, and the deep development stage since the new century. The thesis want to explain the history of the system in pedagogy perspective.The third part is "the analysis on organizations of education scientific research" . This part analysed every factors of the education scientific research system such as the subject, the aim, the content, the method, the mode, and the features etc. to illustrate the real process of the work.The forth part is "the analysis on effective of theeducation scientific research system-----experience andproblems" . The value of the education scientific research system is tested by the practice, and is illustrated by the effective. The system of our province since the founding of our country have promoted the teaching quality and education of our province. But there are also many problems in the system. These problems have their deeper causes, and we must reveal the causes so that can we clear the new era of the education scientific research system in our province.The fifth part is "the direction of education scientific research system reform of our province in the new century" . It is inevitable that the school-based education scientific research has occurred and developed. But it is a new topic that how to establish such a system. This part gives some advices which is based on the reality of our province.
