A Study On Optimization Of Investment System For The Inner Mongolia Higher Education

This paper is on the basis of the study of China's higher educational investment system by many scholars. Through selecting the investment system of higher education for Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as an object of research aims to reveal the status and the existing problems, then combined the existing problems with the actual development of our region, I will put forward some optimization advices for the current higher educational investment system.Nowadays, the high concentration of investment system in higher education gradually changed to a stratified, new classification and pluralistic system of higher educational investment. It has been one of the most remarkable achievements since the reform of China's higher educational investment system in1985. Moreover this will be the future direction of development in China's higher educational investment. In this context, through analysis the status and the main facing problems of the investment system of higher education in Inner Mongolia, We can found that while the region has initially established a new education funding system includes national financial allocation mainly supported by the taxes and fees levied on education, charging tuition and fees from Non-compulsory education students, school-sponsored industrial revenue, fund raising and donated by the community and other channels of financing. However, such investment system from diversified forms to the system in terms of content, from structure to benefit all still very imperfect and exists many problems, it need to further reform and improve.Finally, the paper reveal the investment system of higher education for Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region should optimize in such three areas that the educational input of governments, social and personal input, self-financing by colleges and universities.
