One of the most important step in new curriculum reform is to return the right of curricular decision-making to school. There are many schools take part in it. But it is still a question and a challenge how to use the educational resource adequately so that the curriculum is characterized with school and makes for better development of teachers and students. In order to amalgamate science and human culture ,enhance scientific and human cultual quality in chemical education, it is advocated that human culture background should be taken into constructing curriculum system. After analysing the chemical school-based curriculum which had developed, we explored cultural connotion in chemistry education and put forward some educational countermeasure. It is a new perspective to develop chemical school-based curriculum. We choice the scene mode to develop the curriculum. Under the action research exploring, we discussed the feasibility, codition, process and effect of the curriculum.The result of empirical research tells:1,It give students a comprehensive view of chemistr to develop chemical school-based curriculum from the perspective of culture. With this curriculum, we pay more attention to learners' subjectivity, interest , ability of problem-analysis, ability of problem-searching and problem-solving. Try to impell them communicate ,cooperate and learn each other. At the same time , we enhance learner to comprehend the culture of chemistry, boost up their sentiment of honour and duty for hometown.2,To the teachers, the perspective of culture bring new experience to them. It widen their thinking, make them to comprehend chemistry profoundly and comprehensively. In the process of masterminding and organizing curriculum, teachers not olny make their knowledge wider, but also improve their ability of developing the curriculum and collaborative.3,Developing chemical school-based curriculum from the perspective of culture can exhibit the characteristic culture of school and the district .It's a better way to embody the characteristic of school and provide a new direction to develop school-based curriculum.4,Developing chemical school-based curriculum from the perspective of culture is feasibility. It can improve students'scientific quality and human cultural understanding.
