This paper used a combination of questionnaire survey, interview and literature analysis for the investigation of the behavior of the junior middle school students who have violated the regulations. The investigation indicated that: (1) The violations in the local average schools are more serious than in the key schools; (2) The violations in the second grade of the junior middle schools are more serious than in the other grades; (3) The violations by male students are more serious than those by female students; (4) The students tend to be loose in regulating themselves in the midterm, which consequently leads to more violations during midterm; (5) The most common cases of violation in the local area are: dirty languages, lies, littering, and hookey.Based on our research, the author has concluded that the behind the violations lie in many aspects, including those of the schools, of the family, of the society, and of the individuals. To deal with the particular situation of the junior middle school students in the local Yixing area, the society, the families and the schools should all make great efforts, as a whole, to construct a stereo and networked preventive system for morality education. In the educational practice, we should be sure to treat individual violators in a case of basis. More importantly, we should also focus on preventive measures to guarantee that the students are growing healthily while maintaining morality integrity. Moreover, the local schools must upgrade their concepts in their education practice, so that the students are well supervised for their psychological health, while the independency of the students are suitably recognized and induced, which is firmly led by the teachers. In brief, to effectively reduce the violations and even prevent the violations of fegulations in junior middle school students from happening, we should seriously practice preventive education, as well as post-violation self-regulative education.
