Education plays a crucial role in the development of a country; the success of education is directly related to the quality of teachers. The quality of teacher's professional ethics is of decisive influence in the performing of educational functions and the quality of the personnel training.Based on Marxism philosophy and scientific and systematic approaches, the thesis reported an empirical study of building the teachers professional ethics and the theoretical analysis on the building of teachers' professional ethics, illustrating the dual effects of the research on the contemporary social characteristics and the teachers present situations. Currently, the importance of building teachers professional ethics has been increasingly recognized by Chinese researchers and there are some valuable studies. However, the studies on this topic are complicated and the focus of concern is scattered. The complications of the theories, to a certain extent, led to an apparent lack and confusion of the framework for the research on the building of teachers' professional ethics.This thesis highlighted the critical thinking on the building of teachers' professional ethics and its reconstruction. On the basis of a systematic and theoretical review of the teachers professional ethics, the thesis discussed the value position of building the teachers professional ethics and its practical significance, analyzing the present situation, and elaborating fully on the basic relationships of the teachers professional ethics and the corresponding practical misunderstanding. In a nutshell, the thesis analyzed the status quo of the building and developing of the teachers professional ethics in China in terms of approaches, process and significance.
