On Ideological Education Of Higher Education Institutions And All-round Development Of Human Being

"On Further Enhance and Improve College Students' Ideological Education " conferred by CPC and State Council pointed out clearly that college students' ideological education should start with "people oriented", and target on the all-round development of college students. How to promote the all-round development of college students is an important theoretical and practical issue. This paper dates back all the Marxists' ideas about all-round development of human being, and based on them, focuses on exploring the relations between ideological education and the all-round development of college students, thus brings up the Countermeasures to enhance and improve the ideological education of higher education institutions so that we can deepen and widen the study of ideological education of higher education institutions, and become more focused, practical, effected and interesting and promote development of university students better.
