Construction of high-quality teaching force is the development of the basic conditions for quality education, and in the basic quality of teachers', language training is the most important. With the development of the times, the importance of teachers' language use were paid more and more attention by the educators. It has a direct impact on classroom teaching and students' performance in language skills, also, it has an indirect impact on society as a whole the face of verbal communication and effectiveness.From high school ideological and political practice of teaching, drawing on the research results on the basis of ideological and political use of school discipline and teaching of linguistics theories, ideological and political lessons of high school teachers teaching language issue was discussed. The full text is divided into four parts: Part I, outlined the characteristics and types of ideological and political language teacher 'teaching. The second part, the importance of ideological and political teacher' teaching language use: the appropriate use of language in the ideological and political lessons contribute to the ideological and political in-depth reform of the teaching, contribute to the development of the political class teachers, help to improve their ideological and Politics teaching effectiveness. The third part is the analysis of the language issue and in particular its causes. This paper believes that current there are some insufficient and problems in the use of ideological and political teacher teaching 'language in high school, vulgar, Man, You, blowing, Ping, waste, sets, Hyun, and other problems. The reasons of these problems are in two main aspects, one is the poor language environment of ideological and political Teaching, and the other is that the quality of ideological and political teachers generally are not high. The fourth part, the responses for raising the teaching language level of ideological and political teachers in high school: the use of ideological and political teachers' teaching language should be people-oriented, ideological and political teachers should enhance their moral training, ideological and political teachers should strengthen their own language, such as cultivation.
