The core of the reform about the senior middle school physical education is the curricula implementation and the teaching is the basic approach for curricula implementation. Therefore, research on the physical teaching method and model is always the very important part of the physical teaching theory and practice. Problem context teaching method is an old and new teaching method .It's theory connotation is in continuous developing with the progress of era and science and it has demonstrated strong vitality and broad applicable foreground. The main purpose of this thesis is to explore the basic theory, basic model and implemental strategy in the process of the senior middle school physical teaching.With the combination of the education theory and the teaching practice, this thesis strive to research from both theory and practice for the requirement of the senior middle school physical teaching reform. The whole paper can be divided into four parts. Firstly, the origin and historical development of the problem context teaching method is discussed to open out its current kernel theory. Secondly, the relative theory and relationship between the problem context method and the senior middle school physical teaching is analyzed to illustrate the basic model, manifested characteristic and implemental strategy. Thirdly, according to the different characteristic of the physical conception teaching, regular teaching, problem-solving teaching and the review teaching, the teaching examples are shown to give some practical teaching advice. Finally, the primary result of the teaching practice is summarized and reviewed to support the proposed theory.Focusing on the application subject of the problem context teaching method, the thesis can deploy the research from both theory and practice. The results can be consulted or used in the quality improvement of the senior middle school physical teaching.
