An Research On The University Class Construction In The New Period

The university class is the main location for college students to gain knowledge; it is the basic organization and unit in the course of university teaching work. and also is the important carrier of promoting students' whole development. It is a significant educational tool to construct college class in the process of students work.. However, with the development of popular higher education, the university organization is changing as well as the challenge for the college student organization, which has brought great variation. Therefore, the student organization based on traditional class collective couldn't meet the need of new circumstance and period. The class construction and management need to be improved and perfected.Through historical and literature analysis, comparative research methods, and This thesis opinion begins with the analysis of theory for the basic elements of university class organization and construction, then explains the educational function and value of university class. Furthermore, this thesis analyzes the direction and process of university class construction, and based on the theory analysis result and the questionnaire and study in the Pedagogical College of HuBei Normal University, to analyze the deficiency and problems in modern university class construction and try to put forward the writer's personal proposition and measure.This thesis could be divided into four parts:In the first part, the thesis explains the reason on choosing the title of the thesis, and the national and foreign background, then put forward the writer's research method.In the second part, the thesis elaborates concept and organizational elements of university class, and the educational and administrational function of university class. Based on theory and initial investigation, this part also expounds the aims and ways of constructing the university class.Based on the theory analysis and fact finding of 19 classes in the Pedagogical College of HuBei Normal University, the third part explores the common problems he deficiency existed in the construction of university class.Aiming at the problems and deficiency of the fourth part, in the fouth part, the writer attempts to put forward the measures of constructing the university class. In this part, the writer thinks that the construction of university class could be implemented through broadening the practice field, strengthening the regular work, constructing the sponsors collective and teacher collective, constructing the network class, concerning the three kinds of individual students, and strengthening the youth committee and the students union in the class, by which the function of university class could be conveyed better, and the carrier function of students self-education could be bring into play.
