The Research Of The Agricultural Laborer Children's Education Question

Along with the rapid progress of urbanization in our country, a large number of farmers go to cities for employment, more and more agricultural laborer children go to cities with their parents. However, there comes out a new rigid social problem, their children's education problem. It is of great significance to study the agricultural laborer children's education right.This thesis has three parts. The first part: the agricultural labor children's right to have education on what agricultural labor is, what agricultural laborer children are, their right to have education, the main problem to have education and the reason for it.The second part: the practical meaning of properly solving their education problem, Properly solving this problem is the need to implement the guiding principles set out at the seventeenth CPC national congress, the need to building a harmonious society; the need to implement the scientific concept of development; the need to implement the rules of constitution;The need to solve:"the three rural problems".The third part:The third part "protection of the agricultural laborer children's education"to protect the agricultural laborer children's education: by strengthening the functions of the government; sound regulations, rules,provide an institutional guarantee; strengthening of the propaganda and public opinion guidance.The article is based on the present condition of agricultural laborer children's right to have education, analyses the problems for them to enjoy education and the reason for it.; explains the practical meaning of solving this problem and also puts forward some policies to solving it. These studies provide certain reference and experience for solving the problem.
