The rapid development of educational informization not only inflicts profound impact upon education, but also higher requirements on the developments of the teachers. Besides the basic teaching skills, teachers should also be equipped with information quality. Teachers should acquire both information technological skills and the ability to associate the skills with their teaching. Only through this way, can teachers be adapted to the educational development and change under the new situation. Therefore it is of great necessity to conduct educational skills training for the teachers. Such educational skills trainings have been conducted in our country for several years, which can be classified into two types according to the field of practice: training for the elementary and middle schools teachers and training for the college teachers. Our research is centered around the educational skills training for college teachers.Through the careful analysis of large amount of literature and the practical experience in the training for college teachers organized by Henan University, the author points out several problems in the present training system, such as the ignorance of the unique features of the college teachers, incomplete training content, single training form, insufficient training time and so on. In the light of these problems, the author puts forward a new model for educational skills training of the college teachers through the discussion and analysis of the connotation, pattern and design of the blended learning.The thesis consists of four chapters:Chapter 1: the connotation and pattern design of the blended learning. Through literature review, the definition, pattern and design of the blended learning is made explicit: based upon the advantage of the traditional teaching and E-learning, blended learning can integrate different teaching theory, choose appropriate media, adopt synchronic way or a synchronic way and combine the leading role of the instructor with the subjective initiative of the trainee in order to achieve the optimization of the training effects. The blended factors that should be considered during the design of the training models are also expatiated and regarded as the theoretical evidence for the construction of training models.Chapter 2: the construction of training models based on the blended learning. On the basis of chapter 1, in this section, the elements of the training model such as the ideological basis, training requirement, training objective, course structure, information transmission channel, the administration and the appraisal are thoroughly analyzed. The blended training environment is constructed and the"3+N"training structure is put forward."3+N"refers to the blending of 3 blended training environments for college teachers with different teaching ideologies, learning manners, learning requirements, training content and means of appraisal.Chapter 3: the implement of the training model. After constructing the training model based on the blended learning, the author tests it in the training for college teachers organized by Henan University and carries out a detailed analysis and expatiation on the characteristics of college teachers and their training requirement, design of the training content, setting of the blended environment, support of the training sources, implement of the training schedule, and the management and evaluation. Based on the implement of the training, the author further introduces some concrete methods.Chapter 4: the effect and reflection of the training model. The author discusses with those college teachers in the training course with the conversational method, so as to acquire their learning effect under the new training model as well as their satisfaction, opinions and contrast with the traditional training model. Based on the information acquired, the author summarizes the implementing effect of the training model. In the end of the thesis, the author gives a sum-up and reflection of the new questions and problems in the new training model and put forwards anticipation of a further research.
