This system includes physical,technical,enlisting sport,body health,psychology health social adjustment etc. six aspects。Using new study evaluation system to experiment ,the result indicates : many students like the new study evaluation system and evaluation manner; in physical and technical aspect, experimental group andcontrol group have significance difference. In sport grade aspect, the number of students pass and average grade in experimental group is more in control group. Using new study evaluation system of the groupembodies"middle number is many, both ends lack".In a word, the research will play a relatively positive role in promoting the reform of the evaluating system of P.E. teaching in general colleges and universities and the development of students, improving the qualities of P.E. teaching and in addition, realizing the purposes general colleges and universities.
