In the sports innovation, study evaluation is the important ache of sport in schools. The evalution of traditional physical education pays high emphisis on the results and heavy external.So it ignored the basis of physical differences of students, and just relies the final examination results as a measure of results of the evaluation study and sports. With the development of the education reform, PE is no longer being misinterpreted as a single physical training, and more inclined to raise awareness of physical participation and psychological quality.Has reformed since 2002 sports curriculum, has already obtained certain result and the progress, strengthens the general teachers to participate in the movement enormously to the student the enthusiasm and the initiative attention, proposed and has highlighted the process appraisal, the drive appraisal and the student appraises, at the same time also had some quite obvious problem and the insufficiency.Mainly displayed in the appraisal aspect in the present general-studies middle school sports curriculum study appraisal has neglected student's physical ability, created the middle school living body archery target successive years to drop, relied on the test method excessively, also the test content and method existence unfairness, namely only paid great attention to the terminating appraisal to neglect the procedural appraisal, neglected from has commented to the middle-school student with the education which commented mutually, the majority middle-school students still were by the valuer.The present study appraisal system and the scientific style, the standardization and the standardization still had certain distance, also did not have manifested"the health fully first"the idea.Such appraisal system has fettered the reform hands and feet to a great extent, has hindered the education for all-around development implementation and the general-studies middle school sports teaching goal realization, does not favor trains the student to participate in the physical education and the sports interest, has restricted the student"the lifelong physical culture"the view formation.The general-studies middle school sports and the healthy class study appraisal pattern deficient vigor, lacks as a whole to student's comprehensive attention, cannot very good enhance the middle-school student the sense of participation and the health standard, oneself becomes restricts one of Our country General-studies middle school sports educational reform development main bottlenecks, therefore the sports study appraisal reforms imperative.This research presents condition for main adoption cultural heritage data research method, inquisition method, experiment method, wants to construct the evaluation content of many theme and means dynamic evaluation system. This system includes physical,technical,enlisting sport,body health,psychology health social adjustment etc. six aspects。Using new study evaluation system to experiment ,the result indicates : many students like the new study evaluation system and evaluation manner; in physical and technical aspect, experimental group andcontrol group have significance difference. In sport grade aspect, the number of students pass and average grade in experimental group is more in control group. Using new study evaluation system of the groupembodies"middle number is many, both ends lack".In a word, the research will play a relatively positive role in promoting the reform of the evaluating system of P.E. teaching in general colleges and universities and the development of students, improving the qualities of P.E. teaching and in addition, realizing the purposes general colleges and universities.
