| Local Teachers College is a independent Higher College in the local provincial (cities and autonomous regions) investment and management. It trains qualified teachers and the application of various types of teaching and research personnel for the local elementary education , as well as economic and social development. Performance appraisal satisfaction is the staff'overall views with emotional and emotional experience to the content, process, the results of the assessment in the performance appraisal activities.This paper has been selected three colleges include Anqing Teachers College, Fuyang Normal college and Huaibei Cole Coal Industry Teachers College in Anhui Province as a sample, on the basis of performance management and satisfaction research'results, according to the attitude of the worker with a professional appraisal practice and the performance management experts, scholars, designed the investigable questionnaire on the local colleges performance appraisal satisfaction , inspected satisfaction conditions. We taked Layered Category sampling method, surveyed the full-time teaching staff and teaching -administration staff , researched the status of the current performance appraisal, analysed the main influencing factors of teachers'Appraisal Satisfaction.This study is divided into three parts, the first part is the literature studies, interview research, the seconed part is questionnaire design,measurement and the questionnaire revises, the third part is the statistical process of collected datas and related research and analysis.In the interview study, from the examination content, process, the results,interviews and so on ,We designed the interview outline and measured a small number samples. According to feedback, on the basis of experts'advices, We presented an in-depth analysis of the actual situation of Teachers'Performance Appraisal, designed Performance Appraisal status questionnaire (questionnaire 1)and the satisfaction measurement Questionnaire (questionnaire 2)including 13 items and a criterion item, taked Layered Category sampling method and invested the College Teachers'Appraisal Satisfaction.The result by SPSS13.0 indicates that the local colleges teacher performance appraisal satisfaction is at the level of middle class. It has relation with teacher'age,the title of a professional post,degree.Teaching -administration staff's satisfacion degree is higher than the others .The factors that affected the teachers'appraisal satisfaction included that locating the performance appraisal'target is unclear,having difficulties to set he assessment criteria,the management specialization degree is low and so on . |
