The Research On The Problems Of The Teacher Teams Construction In Vocational Colleges In Pearl Three Regions

The Guangdong provincial government attaches a great importance to vocational and technical education and "adhere to the aim of services and employment-oriented ideas". It has take effective measures to promote vocational and technical education and made considerable development, economic and social services capability since reform and opening up. Recently, the Guangdong provincial government vigorously developed the western part of the three cities (Zhongshan, Zhuhai, Jiangmen) economy. The "town-planning" pointed out: Western City will focus on cultivating high-tech industries, steady development of tourism, logistics, etc., and will improve processing and manufacturing industries. Western part of the three cities has led to new technologies and the continued escalation of the industrial structure of the advanced state, and rapid emergence of new industries. However, upgrade the industrial structure and the rise of new industries need wide variety of high-level , the high-quality skills of personnel ,but there are some contradictions such as the current local economic development with the development of higher vocational education, and the development of higher vocational education with the building of the contingent of teachers. The key to solve the problem is to develop and build a high-quality, characteristics higher vocational education teachers' teams.Based on the PRD micro perspective, the research has been selected some PRD (Zhongshan, Zhuhai, Jiangmen) representative Vocational Colleges to conduct a survey on teachers Construction and management of the system in western part of the PRD region Vocational College.The papers analysis the causes of the existing problems in western part of the PRD region Vocational College teachers, used the method of literature retrieval, investigation. Firstly, the paper defines the concept of higher vocational education on the basis of the relevant theory interpretation on higher vocational institutions and analysis the characteristics of the teachers' management in foreign countries.Secondly, based on the survey of the Vocational Colleges in western parts of the Pearl River Delta of Guangdong province, we analysis the problems of the parts and the experience of the foreign countries and discussed in detail Vocational Colleges "morality building", "Double-quality teachers", "teacher training", and other important issues.Finally, according to the problems of the PRD western region of higher vocational institutions building, we made some countermeasures and suggestions, such as ensure the input, step up the building of morality, reasonable introduction of talent, optimize the structure of all, and improve the appraisal system employed and so on.
