The Research On The Modern University System Under The Conditions Of Chinese Market Economy

The establishment of modern university system has become popular, complying with the requirements of the times. As a main place to foster talents, the university must stand at the front throughout during the development of knowledge economy. Looking over all those developed countries the education especially college education play a great role in the economy development of all these countries. On the other hand, the development of economy also promotes the society to pay more attention to the education, and set the new higher request to education. The determination of taking the system construction as the central of university reform is very important not only to the university but also to the entire education. Today the main problem of Chinese reform to solve is the system innovation in each domain. The modern university system construction is the product of human culture, has the simple value, and is effective system which had been proven by the history. But what faces are how causes it to play the role in the market economy developing process.In our country, the research of university system began along with our higher education starting. After reform and open policy, the higher education reform in our country is unceasingly penetrates to the deep level research and the discussion, which along with our country economic restructuring carries on. The modern university system which we will establish must adapt to our market economy system, and adapt to the request of the Chinese higher education reform development under the market economy condition in the 21st century. The basic function and the essence of the college have asked the higher education reform must face the society, and service the society of politics and economic.So the modern university system we established must adapt to the development of socialist market economic, and it should have Chinese characteristics. From the perspective of China's reality this paper analysised the existing problems of university system and built a Chinese characteristics modern university system based on the development tendency of the system.This thesis is presented in four parts. The author believes that the construction of Chinese modern university system with Chinese characteristics including the University of conviction, good teachers, the University's own cultural character, and the government should not go beyond the competence of the management of macroeconomic regulation to control universities, the legal community to play the role of the rule of law, and mobilize all aspects of society to support the schools and so on, so that the modern university system with Chinese characteristics, more suitable for development of the market economy needs.
