Middle school students belong to a special group considering the characteristics that both the physiology and psychology are changing with each passing day. In the current education, examination-oriented education system is deeply rooted, such as unilateral evaluating students, the excessively idealistic target, the high demand and high standards restricting the development of education reform. Inane and unpracticed education makes more students knowledge in the cognitive level and is difficult to effectively cultivate personality of middle school students. In order to overcome all the hardness of education, we have to probe into new reform according to the society and students development .With the rapid development of the civilized society and modern education, people especially pay attention to the educational quality which only requires all kinds of test scores, resulting in not paying attention to the personality of students but entrance exam in the primary and middle school even kindergarten students. This "education alienation" from the society, schools, families, bring the young students a tremendous psychological pressure which results in middle school students'depression, loneliness, apathy, and other negative phenomena, and does not cherish the friendship with classmates etc. So cherish education is very important to middle school education which affect not only students personality and development but also the happiness of families and the future of society .Moral education in middle school should regard the young students personality such as how to love their parents ,classmates ,society and the beautiful nature ,and promote the young students to deeply understand treasure awareness and aspire after the social responsibility .Middle school students are the future of the society and the hope of our nation, the students moral and scientific education is closely connected with the family stabilization and happiness and how to build harmonious society in the future and the position of our nation in the world . Therefore, the education to study how to cultivate middle school students treasure awareness is of great significance . Firstly ,it defines the cherishing consciousness of the middle school students. Secondly it probes into the significance cultivating students cherishing consciousness . Furthermore, it uses case study method , inquiring into intrinsic and external causes of the flaw of cherishing consciousness . Finally ,the corresponding solution strategies are proposed .It collects materials through many kinds of research technique ,such as the openness questionnaires,observes,the literature reorganize,really observes and so on. In the next part, the author classifies, combs ,analyses ,and discovers the existent questions. Following, the reason of absent cherishing consciousness is resulting from families,schools,society and personality .the roots of these questions are researched through their psychology .In the last part ,it is the corresponding strategies. The basic content of the personality education of middle school students , pointing that the efforts of the family ,the school and the society should be combined into joint forces to help the middle school students to cultivate their values in the key period of their life.
