Since ancient times, teaching behavior problems on the help of other educational issues existed in the form of experience in teaching research, but have not been specialized in the field of independent study. Until the mid-20th Century, as the educational reform processed, the researchers gradually focused attention on the classroom, the phenomenon of classroom teaching and learning behavior in classroom gradually appeared from other teaching issues and emerged as concern of many researchers and practitioners. Our country's research in teaching behavior in classroom mainly concentrates in the validity of teachers'behaviors, teachers'questioned behaviors and so on in structure of teachers'behaviors, new curriculum teachers'new behaviors since new curriculum reformation and teachers and students'relations. Along with the research in teaching and learning behaviors in classroom, deviation of Teaching and learning behavior in classroom also gradually becomes the content of people'study.The teaching is the ethics energetic field, and is the most typical enterprise of ethics. The teaching must be sacred, but not really sacred. The teaching must be for people, but is not really for people. In the reality teaching practice, teacher's classroom instruction behavior presented the deviation. There various teaching activities which counteract teaching rules, ethics morals, and obstructs in the student body and mind development. The teaching moral significance and the value lose. The most prominent performance is lacking fair and respects to the student. Harm of teacher's behavior deviation is long-term and huge, and it is easy to affect teaching's normal function, students'physical and moral integrity, and the establishment of harmonious relations of teachers and students. Because of the subjectivity and the complexity of teachers'behaviors, we need inside and outside efforts to its correction and the adjustment. Particularly, the teachers must set up the correct teaching ideas, improve there overall quality, studies and reconsider there teaching behaviors to make the classroom teaching more harmonious. The research is altogether divided into five parts.The first part, proposes the background of the raised question, Theoretical foundation, mentality and the method of the writing, and wrote the artificial upholstery for the whole paper.The second part carries on the outline to the deviation of Teaching and learning behaviors in classroom, including the definition, characteristics and their influence.The third part carries on the reality scanning to the deviation of teaching and learning behavior in classroom, and there are three kinds of more common appearances for the deviation of Teaching and learning behaviors in classroom, including lacking respects for students; lacking fairness in the process of teaching, lacking educational nature. And during the process of writing there are some and vivid teaching examples to help show deviations of Teaching and learning behaviors in classroom directly.The fourth part, analyzes factors that affect the formation of deviations of Teaching and learning behaviors in classroom. Deviations of teachers'teaching concepts, teachers'Vocational role consciousness, and teachers'deviations of ethical Spirit can all cause deviations of Teaching and learning behavior in classroom to form.The fifth part, proposes the countermeasure of adjustment and the correction of deviations of Teaching and learning behavior in classroom, including establishing the correct teaching concepts, optimizing the teacher professional support system and promoting teaching building and improvement of ethics.Perfect teaching and learning behavior does not exist, and it is only an ideal teaching that we are pursuing. However, the pursuit of the ideals itself is more important than the final result. During the process of the pursuit of the ideals, teachers should have Consciousness of Self-discovery and self-improvement, and continuously optimize their actions; this is the value for the research of teaching.
