Middle School Students' Learning Burnout And It's Teaching Method

Both abroad and home, learning burnout has attracted quite attention. Middle school students' learning burnout means a wasted or prostrate phenoma in mood, attitude and behavior of middle school student when they are under long time study pressure or under over-load study. It represents the middle school students'efficiencies in study go down, their ardor in study graduate away, they are bland to classmate, all sorts of behavior problems emerged, they feel more tired in body and mind. The research aims to know the state of domestic middle school learning burnout at home and its influencing factor, putting forward some teaching advice measures to debase the learning burnout.Approaches adopted: On the basis of the in-depth interviews, literature study, quantity and quality determining investigation, we design the "middle school students'learning burnout questionnaire" and "professional commitment questionnaire" which are used as measurement implements.The investigation sample holistic group, handing out 600 questionnaires, and based on the effective 584 questionnaires (92.7% of the total) taken back.Results indicated: (1)"middle school students' learning burnout questionnaire"contains three dimensions: emotional and physical exhaustion, behavioral unsuitableness, low personal accomplishment. Inspections indicate that the questionnaire is of satisfactory reliability and validity, so it can be a useful measurement implement for the research; (2) school students' learning burnout doesn't arrive at the worst level, while we should not optimize the conditions. Among three dimensions, the scores of"low personal accomplishment"are the highest, and then are"emotional and physical exhaustion"and"behavioral unsuitableness". (3) Grade and learning status have a significant effect on students'study, but sex has no significant correlation with school students'learning burnout.Finally, according to the results and pedagogical psychology, the teaching methods are put forward to ease the middle school students'learning burnout. Includeing: Teach students the scientific study method, making them start by successful study; Pay attention to the different degree student, drawing up a suitable study target to them; Establish appropriate study carries, enducing the psychological stress;Improve the teaching level, increasing the interest for learning;Strengthen the interaction in the study, building up a good relationship; Promote implicit learning,raising the study efficiency.
