On Plan For School Safety Education

The school safety education plan is an important component of our education plan. The school safety education plan, with the characteristics of macroscopic, authoritative and universality, is a series of design, deployment and arrangement made for school safety education's development goal, scale and speed by national and local government at different levels. It is also with the function of forecast, plan and oriented. It aims to plan and guide the safety education of schools of all levels and kinds. When making school safety education plan we should take full consideration of safety science theory, education management theory, education laws, administrative regulations and systematic and scientific theory; with this as beginning realize the reasonable planning of school safety education.In the process of making school safety education we should comply with the rule that systematical and scientific should be combined, static and dynamic connected, reality and predictability linked. The pattern of school safety education plan means the standard style which the education administrative department can establish and implement school safety plan, repeated, according to the different standard, it divides into different categories. As far as plan model concerned, there are: central model, local model and school model; preschool model, primary model, intermediate model and senior model; classified model and systematic project model. Among these models, systematic project model is superior to others in its scientific and applications, its unique advantages in safeguarding schools and students and building harmonious campus. Therefore, systematic project analysis should be introduced in school safety education plan. In order to optimize the plan, the following procedure should be followed: Making school safety education plan and establishing corresponding systematic model, determining plan goal, searching for former information on safety education plan, putting forward a program, analyze the effect, making comprehensive evaluation.School safety education plan is a systematic project, it need not only plan making and implementing but also corresponding guarantee mechanism. In terms of guarantee in organizing and staff, well organization and management is required, and the staffs are reasonably arranged. As for plan procedure, we should strictly follow the procedure when making plan so as to make sure a best program. As far as fund concerned, we should collect money by all kinds of means, and devote more money to safety education to guarantee enough money for it. In legislation and systems, relevant regulations on safety education should be introduced and made become laws; in the meantime all kinds of corresponding systems should be made to establish a strong guarantee system. In addition, all mechanism should be coordinated to ensure the implementation of the safety education plan at all levels and in all aspects.
