University logistics is one important part of university, and it impacts the development of the university and the quality of the higher education to a great extent. The logistical work is the protection guarantee, infrastructure and pioneer of the university's teaching and research. Only then the high efficiency, the high benefit, the high grade university logistics support, can cause the higher education enterprise vigorous development. Logistics personnel system is the most important task, and to do it better is the key in the logistical work. The reform of the logistics personnel system is the core issue and common problems in the reform.In recent years, with the development of the logistics reform, the distribution systems and the personnel system reform of the university logistics has made positive progress, and they play a positive role in promoting and protecting the reform of university logistics. However, the university's logistical labor and personnel system are still faced with various difficulties, many deep-rooted contradictions increasingly apparent, and it has become a deepening obstacles, the task of reform is still very arduous. The deepening of the logistical personnel system reform will undoubtedly have an important significance. The paper firstly explains the concepts and contents about the university logistics personnel system, and discusses the rationale. And then, taking Dalian University of Technology as the example, the paper has a detail analysis on the present condition of the reform of the university's logistical personnel system and explains its necessity, achievement and existed problems, such as the backwardness personnel management idea, the inefficiency of personnel appointment system, the insufficient training system, the weakness of check-up system, and the unreasonable distribution system. In accordance with the above problem, the paper proposes the suggestion of deepening logistical personnel system reform, and they are: clearing about the guiding principle and the goal of the university's logistical personnel system reform, establishing scientific and effective logistical employment mechanism, strengthening quality training of logistical staff contingent, setting up scientific inspection mechanism and perfecting rational salary distribution system.
