Through investigation, on the basis of truly and detaily understanding the current status of Proposition Writing in the school we analize the exist problems and put forward to the principles, strategies and methods for school writing topic making.The survey, mainly by the way of sampling survey, checked the current school's writing sources, forms and requirements, students' interests for writing, extra-curricular reading, writing experiences, and so on.Survey results show that: the current composition Proposition seriously neglected the dominant position of the students, neglect their life needs, psychological needs and spiritual needs.The students generally have lower interest and utilitarian motives in such issues writing.From the analysis of the above circumstances we know that the problem has much to do with the teaching mode of the examination-oriented education and composition. For a long time, for lacking of writing Proposition deep meaning in-depth study, there is nothing new in writing routinization proposition, teachers often treat the writing topic as routine matters, which result in no scientific concept and capacity in composition topic.This paper follows writing, psychology 's regulation, under the guidance of the spirit of the Humane Education Curriculum, thinking China's current status of Proposition Writing,learning abroad Proposition guiding ideology and practice on teaching,mainly concern the students writing dominant position, developing the students'language life consciousness ,cultivating the students' personality as the basic concept. It presents the principles and methods of writing Proposition to guide the practice of writing topic to make school writhing education more humane, active, to improve students' writing and the level of consciousness.
