The School Harmonious Discipline Management refers to the fusion including two factors "he"(combination)and "xie"(chime), following a dual rule of addressing the problem of school discipline management, in other words, to solve an aspect of objective science in school discipline management with optimization train of thought, to deal with the subjective emotion in school discipline management with the reduction of nondeterminacy, meanwhile, try to achieve the combination of the two, and enhance the validity of school discipline management while embody the humane. There proposal of school discipline management not only has strong background of theory and reality, but also owns its pressing basis in the intermediate stage. From different angels in theory and reality, practice of The School Harmonious DisciplineManagement has both its necessity--the reflection of construction of harmonioussociety as well as the requirement of establishment of harmonious campus, even theobligation for students harmonious development, and its practical feasibility--theharmonious concept that filtering into everyone's minds, and the promotion of the reform in basic education, even the inevitable result of successive improvement in teacher's qualities. However, a quick look at the practice of school discipline management, a series of problems occur, eg, focusing on the implement of discipline rather than constituting it; emphasizing punishment while neglecting prevention; concerning on the tamper force but disregarding the mercy; underperforming the oneness rather than the personal characters; valuing the authority of teachers while neglecting the right of students; underlining the efficiency of management but ignoring the justice; attaching importance to tackle the students' issues without mental analysis; making much account for the discipline treatment rather than assisting students; focusing on monitoring students but ignoring students' self-management; concerning on professional management rather than comprehensive education, etc. School discipline management is infected by the factors of social culture, educational system, school education, and family education as well. Nowadays, with the fast-growing penetration of harmonious concept into people's minds, as well as the promotion of basic education reform and the improvement of teachers' qualities, the feasibility of construction of middle schools and harmonious discipline has been established. On the basis of the summaries in some valid actions of the discipline management reform practice in some cases, a preliminary summary of harmonious school discipline management mode has been formed. With the concept of discipline management to underline the transformation from instrumentality to development, including the change from block to opening, from heteronomy to sel-management, from stillness to activation, from temporality to permanence; in the process of harmonious discipline management, advocating the establishment of a discipline document for harmonious basis, and the prevention of discipline system, tackling the violation by quoting, assistant of students in disposal, repealing the punishment, revising the discipline documents; at the same time, on the principle of harmonious discipline management, Making every effort to follow the principles of scientific natures, fairness, humanism, development, activation, prevention, contingency and solid, etc.
