The goal lies in discovering existent questions and the insufficiency, and the development countermeasure of the vocational universities sports resources in the way of resources reasonable disposition and enhancing the resources.Result: 1st, among the total resources of vocational colleges in Shandong Province, the young teacher 40 years old below accounts for 75.2%; 40 years old above accounts for 24.75%. Young teachers are many. Mastering the graduate student school record or having the master's degree is only to have 3.88%, while the undergraduate course school record is 86.40%, having occupied the overwhelming majority, moreover, faculties school record is 9.7%. The high-level title proportion cannot achieve national level appraisal qualified standard request of vocational colleges work in raising talented person. The referee rank performs: 4 people of the national level, 33 people of first level, and 101 people of second level. Gym instructor's referee level is higher, which explains that the gym instructors pay more attention to promote individual specialized skill. In stable primary factor of affecting the teacher troop, 70% surveyors choose the item of "wages"; 61% surveyors choose "job appraisal"; 50% surveyors choose "the social position"; and 47% surveyors choose "the housing condition", moreover only 15% of persons think that the teachers'individual ability can not be demonstrated and the schools'driving measure is imperfect. 2nd, the sports funds mainly comes from school financial allocation, only 10% colleges'sports funds is able to meet the needs. The majority school leader takes insufficiently regarding the sports work, every year sports funds occupying the ratio of education funds to be smaller than 0.5%. Sports funds of the most schools are generally between 10,000 Yuan to 30 thousand Yuan and the student average sports funds disbursement generally is smaller than 10 Yuan per year. 3rd, there are 339 sports location in 23 schools investigated, 16 standard track and field with 400 meter and 2 track and field with 300 meter , accounting for 5.3% of the total; Having 186 Basketball location, accounts for 54.9% of the total; 25 Soccer location, account for 7.4% of the total; 98 volleyball location, account for 28.9% the total. The number of other location is smaller, altogether having 3 ping pong room , 2 natatorium , 4 tennis court and 3 gymnasium , totally 12, accounting for 3.5% of the total. Seven schools adopt the way to be open to the society in charge, accounting for 30.43% of the total. 4th, in the latest three years altogether 348 paper are published, 1.69 per person , which shows that teacher has a low warm on scientific research , strong utility in publishing the paper and not straight manner on scientific research. The factor influencing scientific research is mainly the arduous teaching duty; teacher's scientific research environment is not good. 5th, in the process of gaining sports scientific research information, 79% comes from Internet; 10% comes from periodical, 8% comes from television, 2% comes from academic conference, and 1% comes from other.By analysis, 1st, the sports resources system is a complex system and the sports teachers resources is the core of school sports resources system.
