The job'satisfaction of kid's teachers is related not only to both their health and kid's development, but with the development of whole kid's education. The purpose of research is to investigate the job's satisfaction and personal character of kid's teacher, the distinction of different teachers as well as the relation between their personal character and job's satisfaction. For these purpose, the relevant data are collected by open questionnaires, researches into some relevant references, some standard research method, such as Descriptive statistics,Compare means, Regression analysis and Correlation analysis are employed. In the end of the article, some suggestions are put forward to promote the job's satisfaction of kid' teachers. The conclusions drawn by this research are as follows:(1) Most kid's teachers are satisfied with their work, but not very satisfied. They do not satistfide enough with the rewards and promotion job-satisfaction, and satisfied with teaching work, kindergarden-master and work circumstances work-satisfaction.(2) In terms of job-satisfaction, the related order is: teaching-work, kindergarden-master, work circumstances, rewards, and promotion.(3) Some personal and work-related variables of these teachers were significantly related to their work satisfaction.education level very obviously influence the kindergarden-master satisfaction,the teacher who has high education level has high kindergarden-master satisfaction; the teachers in public kindergarden have more satisfaction with the kindgarden-master than the teachers in private kindgarden;age,work-years,Marriage and kind of kindergarden obviously influence to promotion satisfaction.(4) Personal character variables of these kid,s teachers are all betweem high score and low score. The related order is: adventuresome, excitability,optimism, susceptivity, brawniness,stability, intelligent, accident, self-discipline, imagination,experimentation, tensity, independency, anxiety, immutability, suspicion.(5) the study also indicates that stability and the tensity personal character very obviously influence to work-satisfaction; intelligent, excitability, immutability, suspicion, imagine, anxiety, self-discipline personal character obviously influence to work-satisfaction.intelligent.(6) stability personal character has the most obvious positive correlation with high satisfaction; suspicion, anxiety, tensity personal character has obvious negative correlation with total satisfaction; intelligent, excitability, immutability, self-discipline, imagination, adventuresome personal character have obvious positive correlation to total work-satisfaction. |
