The research of organization's Motivation has always been the core theory of the subjects such as Economics and Management. The academic research under the premise of "rational person" in Economics always ignored the other important aspects such as social attributes and psychological factors. Under the new situation in modern society, the organization's motivation is not only concerned about material reward and also search the balance between members and organization. This paper researches organization's motivation issue from the Sociology's point of view which based on previous studies. That's how to deal with the social relations between people and the social relations between people and organizations. We can use these to solve the problems such as organization's motivation, teamwork and cooperation, and the enthusiasm of the staff.Different subjects can give different logic interpretations according to the same phenomenon. For organization's motivation, the study of different disciplines from different angles, gave different explanations. This paper firstly defined the concept of organization's motivation and described the various disciplines of the motivation at this stage of the status, and then further explained the organization's theory on economics, management, psychology, sociology.Secondly, this paper compared with Siemens, Haier and LG to make the analysis of cases and proposed questions and triggered considerations. In order to carry out the theoretical explanation better, the selection of the cases is crucial. So in the second part of this paper, author explained the reasons of the choice of cases, then made a systematic description and analysis of empirical research.Through the various of theories and the comparative analysis about the cases, we can explained the questions in the view of Sociology. Then we used the group-relation theory, organization theory, social exchange theory to make further interpretation.Through research, we can easily draw a conclusion that in the organization's motivation, it is necessary to pay more attention to the social relations between people and individuals in the organization and the values of individuals. Leaders should reflect more humanistic concern which made members have a strong belonging sense of groups. So it made organizations efficient and well developed.
