Employment is not the problem all undergraduates, but also parent, university, and even the society pay attention to. Owning to history, reality and female student's self aspects, the female university students usually in the inferior position. Why I chose "female undergraduates" as entrance has something to do with themselves, too. As a female, and undergraduate, I'm jammed in choosing and finding a job. This passage analyzed the cause and brought forward some countermeasures, via several material and data research. It expounded the actuality also.The paper is composed with three sections:The first section: the analysis of the actuality that the female students' difficulty in finding jobs. Firstly, their obtain-employment-rate is very low. Because of the difference of the college, the repute affects the result of the employment. Contrast on their specialty, there are more girls in arts, but they are not so popular with employer as boys, which cause girls major in arts harder to find jobs. Secondly, the wide gap in zone and working field. The localization of specialty make female students unable to suit too many jobs. So the field gets more and more crowded. The people flow gets more and more imbalance. The person in eastern coastal region and central cities flows to the area populous centers, where the labor market no longer subject to great expansion or development. There is fierce competition, imbalance supply and demand reduce the place female students working. Third, the sexual discrimination occurs in finding a job. For one thing it is common that the business rejects a female student. For another is the harsh condition of employment by the business. And then, it's difficult to find a satisfying job. At last, the level of working is lower. All above is the difficulty faced in the process of find a job for female students. It can be said that female students'difficult employment situation is a very important social issue.The second section: analysis of the reason of obtaining employment so hard. First, social influence. In market economy, the human capital theory enhances the difficulty. Later, the discrimination in labor market. In recruitment, some companies retain boys who is bad at school rather than girls who do well at school. Even in some government organs have the same opinion. Finally, the role in the social reality has influence to it. China traditional female role of the "patriarchal, male-female weak, the man from Ruche". This mind has already rooted in the deep of the mind of female university students, and has affect on the self-knowledge. Second is the influence of the high education. Colleges, academic set unreasonably has not accorded with the market operation rules. The education lacks of the pertinence, which makes female undergraduate can't adapt to the society. The guide of obtaining employment is not perfect, so that they are not assuredness in finding a job. Third is the aspects of family. There is a excessive notice and intervene make bad influence in the mind. Fourth is the shortcoming themselves. Contains: physiological factors, psychological factors, value of working, amative factors, honest factors, and the national policy, etc. In all, these factors has influence to the working of female undergraduate to get a job. One who wants to deal with the problem of hard obtaining employment must take some measures. The third section: the countermeasure to hard finding job. The resolve of hard finding employment may promote the equation and accelerate the harmony between male and female. It's essential to construct the society that all the people can do their best to reach the goal of comfortable level of living. Therefore, we should strive from all the aspects to promote the working of female university students. First, our country should develop the service sector, so that the job female students can do would be more. Eliminate discrimination to provide a good social environment for them; States should provide effective policy, legal support and protection system; improve the female college student employment discrimination in the legal system supervision. Second, strengthen the ties of school and business, optimize the course, Enhance career planning education and employment guidance services, use the web functions completely, implement the different education according to personal character. Third, the female undergraduates should establish a good image, play to its own advantage. For example, we can do from the capabilities of language, thinking, communication, duration, management and so on. Forth, the female students should set"four self"faith, to improve the consciousness of independent venture. Fifth, guide the college students'working with the socialism honor versus dishonor view. General Secretary Hu Jintao brought out the socialism honor versus dishonor view, which refine and distill the Chinese nation's national spirit and traditional virtues with strong pertinence. In the new era, we should use the socialism honor versus dishonor view as the guideline, to advance obtaining employments.In conclusion, the equality is the precondition of the gender harmony, and also the guarantee of social harmony. Only if accelerated the female university students working can get the equality of male and female. So that the human can wake up labor enthusiasm and working passion to explode desire to create and pioneering spirit. We should accelerate female undergraduates working constantly through the country, society, schools and female students their joint efforts, with a variety of methods and measure. And finally, we can establish harmonious society.
