Historical Question Oriented Induced Thinking Teaching is commonly used as a method in history teaching for the purpose of checking what has been learned, leading in and developing new topics, as well as inspiring and motivating students.This research, applying Method of Historical Documents and Spot Investigation, is conducted to meet the demands of New Curriculum Reform and put the ideas advocated by New Curriculum Reform into the pratice of high school history teaching. It can basically let classroom teaching radiate its vitality, stimulate students' interest and enable them to actively acquire knowledge, think about problems and develop historical thinking ability.In Chapter One the paper gives an introduction to the research by expounding its background, and the thinking ways and methods applied in it. In Chapter Two the paper defines two related concepts. In Chapter Three, based on the combination of investigation and teaching practice, the paper discusses the therotical accordance of introducing Historical Question Induced Thinking Teaching. In Chapter Four , the main tactics—creating problematic situation, question-raising, handle its that the student answers, research guiding are expounded in details. In Chapter Five, the strategies of Historical Question Induced Thinking Teaching are pertinently brought in in the light of a teaching case—Roosevelts's New Deal.
