According to some theories include constructivism learning theory, humanistic learning theory, multiple intelligent theory and educational psychology theory. For a student, to gaining the learning ability, the inquire ability, the innovation ability and the practice ability is the same important as gaining knowledge. It is just the topic of the quality education how to train those abilities for the junior high school student? It is an effective method to coach them to write the little physics thesis. Moreover, it can stimulate the interest of learning physics, improving the achievement and manifold ideation.In this thesis, based on the desire of the new curriculum innovation and the physics teaching in current teaching, it discussed the signification and the purpose that carried out the activity of the little physics thesis in the junior high school. This piece of research is mostly applied action research, literature search, experience summarization and theory guide activity. To design the content of the little thesis by psychological characteristic, learning characteristic, experimental condition and living circumstances of junior high student. Obey the principle of assistant teaching, closely to the life, easy to write and stimulating interest. It can confirm student old knowledge, train them scientific quality simultaneously, and change passive study into initiative study.The research showed that the little physics thesis has unique effect in train the multiple physics ability for junior high school student. In this piece of research introduced 3 little thesis's with representative and practicality following 3 ways: 1.Self-constructing physics knowledge from life scene; 2.Through the difficulty problem in classroom to train the ability that observe and analyzed the physics problem in different side ; 3.Through STS education to inspire student the inner learn desire. By those attempt task, it try to find a way that in favor of training the innovation and quality education, promoting the physics teaching by the activity of the little physics thesis.This study carried out not long and involved fewer students, so the accuracy and universality of the research needed to further improve in practice. And there are some deep-seated problems in the thesis, which will expect be solved in further study late.
