How therefore and drives the teacher regarding teacher's achievements examination and critique, as well as how enhances teacher's work enthusiasm and fully displays their creativityeven more to appear urgent and is important.This arctice bases study of performance appraisal about teacher of the M senior middle school .Firstly, the performance appraisal of the relevant theory.
