Music education is considered to be one of the essential subjects within a cogent education system, which is a required study among most countries. Derived from the perspective of its principle, music education must be irrigated to the children in their youth, which is the most prime and critical age for them to develop the ability to adapt music in their life. This research discusses the basic concept of early childhood music education from some of the most well-known and respected music education systems. By combining these concepts with my own personal experiences, current issues and obstacles that existed in the Chinese early childhood music education system were being discussed. This research also explored the possibilities of extend and improve early childhood music teaching in China by providing practical and helpful suggestions.
