| Honest and credibility are the basic moral quality of human being, and they are also the basic code of conduct of a person's cultivation, entrepreneurship and his making friends. However, under the influence of the current diversified ideas and value orientation, and also under the utilitarian thought of maximizing the benefits of the market economy, this traditional virtue of honesty and credibility are now under severe challenges. The issue of honesty and credibility has become a widespread concern both in theory and practice. The social problem of lacking honesty and credibility influence the young generation, especially the middle vocational school student groups who are about to enter the society but lack the ability of self- control, such student's honest and creditable problem should raise the educational circle and even the whole society's attention. In a word, it is a realistic demand for a school's moral training to carry out the middle vocational student's honest and creditable education.This study is mainly through surveys and interviews to commence. And it includes five parts. The introduction begins with the current social morality, analyzing the theoretical and practical significance of carrying out the honest and creditable education among the vocational school students. This part is based on the fully understanding of the connotations of honesty and credibility and also on the current situation and educational study of the vocational school students. Taking the school where the author works as an example, make a set of feasible goals, contents, methods and ideas. The second part expounds the rich connotation of the traditional idea of honesty and credibility in China, and then it puts forward the basic requests and the features of the times of the modern honesty and credibility. This part reveals its essence, that is, the modern honesty and credibility is the inevitable demands of economic social society, which is not only a universal one, but also a kind of law principle. The third part explains the values and significance of carrying out the honest and creditable education from theoretical and practical aspects. It is developed from the following aspects: the current situation of vocational school student appeals for this kind education; the healthy growths of students need this education; the future developments of the students also need this education. The fourth part is based on the surveys and interviews of the current honesty and credibility and its education. On such basis one can find the drawbacks and classify the causes, which is also the standpoint of the countermeasures. In the fifth part, on the basis of the principle of the honest and creditable education, the paper poses more specific and more systematic educational countermeasures. To be specific, that is, establish the theory of honest and creditable education; integrate the contents to construct a cultural and educational system of honesty and credibility education; optimize the methods and pursue a scientific education; broaden the medium of communication and the carrier to form a school educational net; standardize the system to set up a credit evaluation system. Based on the present situation of the vocational schools' students' honesty and credibility and its education, the following conclusions are drawn:1. A majority of the vocational students have certain knowledge of the importance of the current social honesty and credibility; they can feel that that is important for them to their personal learning, employment and social contact. However, some bad behaviors, such as their weak self-control, lack of awareness of a code of conduct, lead to the deviation of the students' conduct.2. Generally speaking, the middle vocational school teachers have fairly good self-honesty and self-credibility; they also get the most students' approval. But in fact, when the teachers are in the process of their teaching, their neglect of self-honesty and self-credibility still exist.3. The middle vocational schools have realized that it is extremely necessary to carry out the honest and creditable education among the vocational students, they also take some measures. But because of the lack of systemic contents unscientific methods, the unsound evaluation system and other factors cause the ineffectiveness of this education.4. The middle vocational school should first establish that the honest and creditable education is the right concept of human being's comprehensive education and on that basis, through the integration of educational contents and optimizing the methods; broadening the medium of communication and the carrier; standardizing the system to set up a credit evaluation system, etc. All those measures can fully mobilize the students' subjective initiative; continuously strengthen the students' honest and creditable emotion; realize the internalization of the honest and creditable quality in one's own experience and participation; improve educational effectiveness.This paper seeks through the above systemic educational countermeasure to solve the worsening situation of the current middle vocational school' lack of honesty and credibility, and constantly improve the quality of the honesty and credibility of the students. At the same time, it also can provide some information and reference for the most of the middle vocational schools to carry out the honest and creditable education in ideas, methods and ways. |
