The multimedia teaching is in the teaching process, according to the teaching goal and the teaching object characteristic, through the teaching design, the reasonable choice and the utilization modern teaching media, and with the traditional teaching method organic combination, by the many kinds of media information function to the student, forms the reasonable teaching process structure, achieves optimized the teaching effect.This research mainly uses the literature retrieval law and the teaching experimental method, through the literature retrieval law, the consult massive multimedia teaching design theory and the multimedia class design mentality, and carries on the analysis synthesis, rests on the new teaching to read the design to manufacture tallies in the locality national minority area carries on the teaching the multimedia class, and carries on the teaching practice in the Guizhou Province Yinjiang County second high school high school biology teaching. Around to practiced the biological teaching result to carry on front had measured with longitudinal comparison which latter measured. And stochastically extracts two instructors classes to carry on for a time semester crosswise comparison research. The comparison class used with the before same teaching way, the experimental class carries on the entire journey multimedia teaching the method. Through uses Excel to the multimedia teaching practice around and according to the class and the experimental class's teaching result to carry on the result to compile, carries on obvious the analysis. The result indicated that, The biology multimedia teaching and the traditional teaching method compares, comparison class's around measured evenly divides equally respectively is 50.02 and 53.44.
