The Huhhot 18th middle school was a complete middle school, the author have taught the junior grade history courses from 1996 in this school. This article is a summary about my several years experience to emotional teaching, based on the present emotion teaching research. In order to enhance the junior middle school students'interests in studying the history course, to improve the history course studying effect, I have started the emotion teaching, mainly carried on teaching attempts involved three aspects: the patriotism emotion, the sense of social responsibility, and aestheticism emotion, in 2000.To raise junior middle school student's patriotism sentiment, we should take the Chinese nation glorious history, the outstanding cultural tradition, the modern and contemporary national condition, the reform and open policy, maintaining the reunification of the motherland and the national unity, and loving hometown as the subjects of the emotional teaching, with diverse kinds of teaching form.To raise the sense of social responsibility, we should beginning with training the student to obtain the historical responsible spirit, carrying on with rich example. There are rich esthetic education content in the history school book. The teacher should earnestly analyze and excavate the esthetic education content in the teaching material, and tells these to the student with direct-viewing demonstration and teacher's rich fervor narration. It may cause the student gradually to form positively, health esthetic emotion.The effective emotion teaching should meet four requirements: the teachers and students psychology melts, the teacher's intense emotion consciousness, the teacher's language expression skill.the reality feasible teaching apparatus. In the emotion teaching process, there are five principles should be persisted: the mutually promoting of the emotion and the cognition, the mutually transform between emotion and the will, the emotion experience as a main body, the timeliness of the sentiment transmission and controls, emotion expression suitability.
