The Research On Our Country's Interactive Mechanism Between Universities And Enterprises On The Background Of Knowledge Economy

Since 1990s man has stepped into the era of knowledge economy and the great changes of traditional production factors---land, labor force and capital have taken place. The key factor driving economic development has not been the traditional production factors but knowledge. In the era of knowledge, the economic development and the increase of riches in a country, a nation and an area are more and more depending on the level of knowledge production, the degree of knowledge progress and the ability of knowledge creation. Only depending on the knowledge creation and based on the constant knowledge creation to realize technology creation can social economy be driven? To grasp the opportunities and to face the challenges are especially important for the Chinese nation. In the economy developing history, our country lost many opportunities of development and economy development was held up again and again. Nowadays knowledge economy is developing rapidly. Studying knowledge economy and facing the challenges of it have been the main topic of China in the new century.University is a place where human wisdoms and knowledge generate, collect and radiate to the outer. University will play an important role in the new century without any doubt and is coming into the center from the edge of society. The practice of economy development in the western countries and newly emerging industrial countries proves that an inevitable road towards the development of knowledge economy is building the interactive relationship between universities and enterprises. In China, universities and enterprises are relatively independent. However they have their own specific rules and value pursuit, they are now taking the responsibilities which belonged to the other side in the old times. Chinese government also adopts all kinds of strategies to stimulate and encourage academic institutions to commit the function of participation in creating fortune besides the traditional functions. The specific boundary between universities and enterprises is being displaced by some abroad web.In this thesis the author breaks through the research formulary that discussing education is based on its own field and tries to dig out the interactive theories between universities and enterprises from the fields of education and industry. As the more important part, the author studies the elements, patterns, motives and confinement factors of the interaction between the two and describes interactive rules in the process of the resources movement and value promotion. In the end the current problems existed in the interaction are pointed out and helpful suggestions are put forwards to realize the pursuit of the lifting of competitive power of universities and enterprises on the background of knowledge economy besides the international competitive power of China.
